Ways With Words at Southwold

Southwold Festival: 6 - 10 November 2008

Each November Ways With Words runs a literature festival in the lovely seaside resort of Southwold, Suffolk - a popular retreat for artists and writers over the years.

The festival makes an ideal escape from the stress and strain of daily life, a time to engage with books and ideas in the most comfortable of settings.

Besides imbibing the literary atmosphere you can relax with excellent wine and beers at Adnams' Hotels, be blown on the beach beside the rough winter sea, buy fresh fish from the harbour, visit the impressive St. Edmund's church with its Southwold Jack, walk along the newly opened pier or just relax with a book in the comfort of The Swan or The Crown.

Please note that tickets for the events at this festival can be booked by phone (01803 867373) or by post.
